Owner & President

Meet Fred (On Left)

Fred Barnet is proud to carry on the legacy of his late brother, Dan Barnet, the founder of Anderson’s Natural Pet Food as well as Wigglebutt Distribution. His goal is to help grow the business Dan built while staying true to his brother’s vision and supporting the incredible team Dan surrounded himself with. With a long background in sales and team management, Fred thrives on building, guiding, and developing great people—and he’s passionate about turning vision into action.Outside of work, Fred’s life is full and busy with his wife, three kids, and his whisky import business. When there’s free time, he and his family enjoy traveling and cheering on UGA Football (Go Dawgs!). A couple of fun facts: Fred once ate nothing but chicken wings for an entire month—twice—and his family’s “well-meaning menace,” a half golden retriever, half cocker spaniel named Peanut Butter, once ate most of their kitchen floor.Fred lives by the idea that life is too short to sit still: if you’re going to do something, do it all the way. His personal motto, “Let’s f***ing go,” isn’t just a phrase, it’s how he approaches business, challenges, and growth. What makes him happiest day-to-day is solving problems, building something bigger than himself, and seeing the people and projects he believes in succeed.

Stephanie Leith-Ross

Stephanie Leith-Ross is a seasoned operations leader with a deep commitment to team culture and purpose-driven work. A mother of three young adults and partner to a wonderful and supportive man who has called Colorado home since 1995, Stephanie brings both heart and expertise to everything she does. Since 2013, she has served as Operations Director for three family-owned distribution companies in Denver, where she managed accounts receivable and payable, HR, warehousing, logistics, and overall business operations. Whether she’s reconciling books, coaching team members, assisting with customer service, or hopping on a forklift to unload a truck, Stephanie thrives on problem-solving and creating an environment where people feel supported, successful, and valued.

Today, Stephanie brings that same heart and operational experience to her role at Wigglebutt Distribution and Anderson’s Natural Pet Food. Dan welcomed her into the team with open arms, and she immediately felt like part of a family. She now helps oversee day-to-day operations, customer relationships, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the company running smoothly. Most importantly, Stephanie is committed to honoring Dan’s legacy by continuing to nurture a positive workplace culture—and by helping more people understand the power of raw and natural feeding for their pets.

Director of Sales & Trade Marketing

Meet Teya

Teya has loved animals for as long as she can remember. She was the kid bringing home injured squirrels, rescuing baby birds, and convincing her parents to let her keep “just one more” pet. That lifelong love only grew stronger over the years and eventually evolved into a deep passion for animal health and nutrition. She believes that what we feed our pets has the power to change their lives, and she feels incredibly lucky to spend her days helping others discover better, more nourishing food options.

Her journey with Anderson’s began through a close friendship with founder Dan Barnet. He was a mentor, a friend, and someone she considered family. Dan’s big heart and unwavering integrity left a lasting mark on everyone he met. His commitment to wholesome, humane pet food shaped Anderson’s from the ground up and inspired Teya’s own philosophy in life and work. When he suddenly passed, it left a profound void. But it also gave Teya a clear purpose - to help carry forward the company he poured his soul into. Anderson’s is more than a job, it’s a tribute to Dan’s legacy. A way to honor the trust he placed in her, and a commitment to making his dreams for Anderson’s Natural Pet Food a reality.

Director of Sales

Meet Megan

I was born with a deep love for animals. While my family wasn’t particularly fond of pets, I eventually wore them down with months of pleading—and finally, they agreed to let me have a hamster. I was elated! That little hamster became my constant companion. I did everything with him.

After three short years, he passed away, and I was heartbroken. Hoping to lift my spirits, my parents took me to the pet store to look at new hamsters. But instead of another small pet, we walked out with a dog.

That day, I learned two important things about myself. First, I was pretty good at being persuasive—especially when it came to something I truly believed in. Second, I knew I was never going to live another day of my life without a dog by my side.

Since then, my passion for animals has only grown. I've dedicated myself to learning everything I can about their welfare, nutritional needs, and emotional well-being.

After many years in the pet industry, I am so honored to become a part of the team at Wigglebutt Distribution (formerly Anderson’s natural pets)  This opportunity is so meaningful for so many reasons.  Not only do I get to be a part of continuing the legacy for my dear friend Dan, but I also get to do it with a kick ass team of pet loving humans! I am so excited for what the future holds for our tiny but mighty company!

Director of Manufacturing

Meet Paul

Say hello to Paul.  He is a rising Cancer that gets real crabby when his baked bones don’t turn out.  He came into Anderson’s universe 5 years ago when Dan Barnet recognized his delivery expertise in the CO pet stores and decided to make him a part of his world. Before 2020 Anderson’s did not have a treat line.  Together they built a line that includes shelf stable lung, jerky, and baked bones. Paul is responsible for the sourcing of raw materials used in all Anderson’s Raw Diet and Shelf Stable Treat Line. His quest for innovation and providing a clean, ethically sourced diet for the nation’s pups is an objective he strives for daily. Bernadette the baked potato concurs.

Meet Vinny

Vinny Fondacaro brings a unique blend of precision, creativity, and heart to his role as Operations Director. With a background in high-end culinary arts, operations, quality control, and customer satisfaction, Vinny has a deep respect for craftsmanship and process. An avid outdoorsman, he is passionate about sustainable practices—managing his own backyard beehives, harvesting honey, and mastering the art of smoking meats. As a hunter and skilled butcher, Vinny approaches his work with reverence and intention. His love language is feeding others and creating spaces—whether in the kitchen or in the workplace—where people feel cared for, connected, and set up to thrive.

Shipping Manager & Customer Service Rep

Meet Julia

Julia is our Shipping Manager and the go-to person for all things shipping and customer service. She makes sure every account is cared for and takes pride in packing orders with a clean, organized touch—so customers feel just as excited opening their boxes as they do receiving them. Even though much of her day is spent behind a computer, Julia’s personable, friendly nature shines through in every interaction. She loves digging into discrepancies and never hesitates to tackle a problem head-on until it’s solved.

Outside of work, Julia is all about the outdoors. You can usually find her at the park kicking around a soccer ball or rollerblading—with her golden retriever, Westin, enthusiastically pulling her along. If there’s even a sliver of sunshine, Julia will be out chasing it. Westin may still be a pup, but he’s growing fast and has quickly become her “soul dog” and perfect adventure buddy.

Demo Representative

Meet Kylie

Kylie Redeker is one of our Demo Reps who loves educating pet parents and helping dogs live healthier, more holistic lives. Her passion for holistic healing and pet nutrition perfectly aligns with our company’s mission, and she brings a wealth of knowledge on plant medicine, raw food, and all things natural.

When she’s not connecting with customers, you’ll likely find Kylie on her yoga mat or out in nature, soaking up the sunshine. She’s even a certified yoga teacher! One of her quirky talents is that she can hula-hoop like no other—a fun skill that shows off her playful side. Kylie draws her inspiration from the soul of the universe (as corny as she admits that might sound), and she truly believes it guides her toward the right paths in life.

Her heart belongs to Sullivan “Sully,” a sweet but curious cattle dog–Australian shepherd mix she rescued. Sully is currently training to be a service dog and is already proving to be the perfect companion for all of life’s adventures.

Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate

Meet Anthony

Anthony is one of our energetic delivery drivers and is often described as a younger version of Paul Stewart. He brings a high level of energy to every route, which not only makes him an efficient driver but also a positive point of contact for our customers. Outside of work, Anthony loves being in the mountains—whether it’s snowboarding in the winter or hiking when the weather’s warm. He’s also passionate about music and is a DJ in his free time. His guilty pleasure? Pizza. What makes him happiest are days filled with music and time spent with his closest friends. At home, he’s kept on his toes by his three “loving but pain in the ass” pets—Easton, Oscar, and Ash.

Meet Luke

Luke is one of our dedicated Delivery Drivers who loves being out on the road, taking in the beauty of Colorado while connecting with our customers along the way. Outside of work, Luke stays active with paddle boarding, hiking, mountain biking, hitting the gym, and pretty much anything that keeps him moving and his mind engaged. A quirky fun fact: he’s actually related to Brad Pitt by marriage. Luke’s biggest inspiration comes from his dog, Ruka, who reminds him to slow down and enjoy the little things. At 2 ½ years old, Ruka is sassy, spirited, and Luke’s whole world. He lives by the motto, “Too weird to live, too rare to die,” and carries that mindset into both his work and life.

 Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate

Meet Courtney

Courtney is one of our Warehouse Associates who loves coming to work in a place where everyone treats each other with respect. A lifelong basketball player, he’s learned how to be a strong team player and to adapt quickly—skills that serve him just as well in the warehouse as they did on the court. These days, though, his favorite wins are the time he gets to spend with family and friends.

When he’s not working or shooting hoops, Courtney is a huge anime nerd, gamer, and comic book fan. He lives by the motto, “Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard,” a quote from NBA star Kevin Durant that keeps him motivated and grounded. At home, Courtney and his wife share life with their two dogs: Capone, who is convinced he’s a real boy and demands all the attention, and Franky, his snack-loving sidekick who values his personal space.

Meet Winston

Winston is a part-time Warehouse Associate who takes pride in doing his best and supporting his team. He values teamwork and strives to bring a steady, positive presence to the warehouse every day. A talented cook, he loves creating meals to share with the people he cares about. He lives by the motto, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take,” and carries that outlook into both his work and personal life. Though quiet by nature, Winston is known for his kindness, compassion, and the way he naturally cares for others.
